For the time being the shipping cost has been changed from $13 to FREE. At some point because of the price I have to pay for priority shipping, the cost will be increased from FREE to $15.00, okay?
We presently only do shipping 3 × each week; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s. If you get your order through before 9am on any one of those days, we will endeavor to get your order out that same day. Most of the time all orders that come in one day, will go out the next. On occasion, your order won’t ship till 3 days from the day you ordered. Unless, we’re experiencing some holiday which gets observed on Monday instead of the day it was actually on..(governmental agencies and yes FEDERAL EXPRESS & even DHL does place themselves in this category even though they are not) your package should not take longer than 3 days to be shipped.
Tracking numbers are provided to regular customers who ask me for one, if I already have received your order and you didn’t ask me for a “tn” believe me I know who you are. Otherwise, I will send it to you moments after your order is marked “COMPLETE” Orders still in “Processing” haven’t been shipped yet. Questions are welcomed, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be safe.
Hours are 24/7 with regard to everything except for the shipping days. On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I will not be available to answer your questions b/c I’ll be busy from 9:30pm – 4pm!
