To be eligible for a RESHIPMENT, your item must be lost or stolen during the transfer from Supplier to Buyers person or business. Also we do not guarantee but in certain circumstances that we may deem justified for supplementing a ×1 (one-timeonly!!!) RESHIPMENT of valuable goods:
a.) If we shipped the items to the wrong address which was our fsult for not copying it down correctly (if and when the parcelwas postmarked by a human employee of researchchemicalbay.com and not our server and hosting site.)
b.) If the package was intercepted at customs and the customer represents & long -time trustworthy business relationship. (I.e. we have been doing business together for years!)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
