Hours of Operation:
I am open to take orders 24 hours a day & 7 days a week. I am a legitimate 24/7 Operation. However, it’s important to note that I am on open for shipping on 3 specific days of the week.
Those days are: Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Thursday’s! Orders placed on the weekends will likely go out on Monday morning’s, orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will go out that following or coming Wednesday morning & afternoon, and finally orders placed between Tuesday or Wednesday will go out on Thursday the final day of the week for shipping. It’s probably not a good strategic move to place your order on Friday of any week because you will not see any changes to your order till that following Monday, but there are advantages to ordering on Friday’s too! For example if we happen to get bogged down with a heavy schedule of orders over any weekend’s? Orders that at were placed on Thursday or Friday will be priorities to go out first (ahead of all the others we take on over the weekends hours).
On occasion, your order won’t ship till 3 days from the day you ordered. Unless, we’re experiencing some holiday which gets observed on Monday instead of the day it was actually on.. (government agencies and yes FEDERAL EXPRESS, UPS, and DHL does place themselves in that category even though they should not) it should not take longer than 3 days from the day you opened your order to land at or in your mailbox.
If we happen to do federal holiday’s we observe on Monday to make it a 3 day weekend for all the government workers, on those special weeks we will swap Monday for Friday so we have enough time throughout the week in order to process all of the orders that may or may not come in during.
On some trips it will take as long as 5 days to land. If you have waited 8 days however or more and nothing has arrived? Contact me: sales@researchchemicalbay.com and I will investigate what went wrong with your order.
Assuming it’s rcBay’s fault or fault of the shipping provider: you will get either your money refunded back to the Bitcoin or USDT wallet address of your choice.

Tracking numbers are provided to regular customers who ask me for one. If I already have received your order and you didn’t ask me for a “tn” I know who you are.. Otherwise, I will send it to you moments after your order is marked “COMPLETE”
Orders still marked “Processing” have not been shipped yet.

Hours are 24/7 with regards to everything except for the shipping days. On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I will not be available to answer your questions b/c I’ll be busy from 5:30am – 7:00pm!(Pacific Time)
I don’t normally ship outside of the United States but I will if you ask me to, and you have added the $50 extra it costs to your subtotal for the international shipping fee.
Packages will 90% of the time originate from San Francisco or San Diego, California. The other 10% of the time it will be Dallas, Texas, and Miami, Florida. On very rare occasions I will drop ship from overseas. On those events rest assured I will notify you by email, and if you don’t want to wait, I will simply refund your coin to a wallet of your choice.
When in fact you are receiving your order from overseas you will see your package originated from Singapore or Indonesia.
Expect a total of 10-13 days from the day you ordered originally, if you’re expecting the material from Singapore or Indonesia which is an international hotspot for hubs of tens of thousands of imported goods originate when emerged from China or Hong Kong ðŸ‡ðŸ‡° towards the United States every day.
